The Band and Its Repertoire

The Winona Municipal Band, under the direction of Myron Haug since 2011, performs a weekly concert at the wonderful Lake Park Band Shell every Wednesday evening from mid-June through mid-August at 8:00pm. The band consists of 55 to 60 members and is a fully instrumented concert band.
The band consists of area adults and a small number of college and high school students. The emphasis is on adult membership.
The rehearsal and the concert are on the same day. Rehearsals begin at 6:00pm, there is a short break at about 7:30pm and the concerts begin at 8:00pm.
